Exchange and return
All costs for returning the order in both directions are borne by the customer.
Pre-paid but not picked up on time orders are re-sent taking into account compensation for transportation costs.
In case of refusal of the purchase, the customer pays all transportation costs.
The parcel must be sent by regular mail - pay for delivery. Without additional estimated cost and cash on delivery.
You can return the goods within 14 days excluding the day of purchase (the goods did not fit in color, shape, dimensions, size or for other reasons and cannot be used). This right is guaranteed to you by the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights".
To be able to return the product, please make sure of the following:
• the product has not been used, its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved, the product has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, mechanical damage (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
• the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the original packaging is intact, all labels are fully preserved, the factory markings are preserved (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
According to the law, the following cannot be exchanged: custom-made to order.
As a special order for tailoring is carried out, it cannot be returned.
If your order was made individually, then we will no longer accept it back.
These products are marked on the product card with the phrase "made to order"
After reading about the remote method of selling goods: "The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality, possessing individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer receiving it."
How can I return a product
You can return a product by sending an email. Within one business day, a manager will contact you to clarify information, the delivery option for the returned product, and other questions.
After receiving and processing the return parcel, the funds will be returned to the customer's card account within 14 banking days.
Returning Nova Poshta items using the "Easy Return" service
To return a received parcel, go to the "My Items" section of the Nova Poshta application and select the appropriate parcel that needs to be returned. In the "Manage Parcel" line, select the "Easy Return" service, then select the reason for returning the product from the list provided. After creating the invoice, send the parcel to the seller and monitor the status of the parcel in the mobile application.
