The arrival of the manager at the post office, receiving and processing the model, checking the proper quality of the goods, drawing up an act of accepting the model.

The parcel must be sent by regular mail without additional estimated cost and cash on delivery.
You can exchange or return the product within 14 days not counting the day of purchase (the product did not fit in color, shape, dimensions, size or for other reasons and cannot be used). This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
To be able to exchange or return an item, please ensure the following:
• the product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, the product has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, mechanical damage (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
• the product is fully completed and the integrity of the original packaging is not violated, all labels are fully preserved, factory markings are preserved (the product is in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the buyer)
According to the legislation, they are not subject to exchange: individual tailoring to order.
As the implementation of a special order for tailoring is non-refundable.
If your order was made individually, then we no longer accept it back.
